In deep relaxation, Genie guides you to calm your body's alarm response, so you can walk in feeling more in control. Usually one or two sessions before the day, with a recording to listen to on the way in. Sessions are tailored to you.

Genie has such a calming voice, as a first timer for hypnotherapy I had no idea what to expect. It was relaxing beneficial experience for myself and has helped me greatly with my relaxation needs. Thank you again Genie.

Eugenie is an absolutely stellar hypnotherapist and basically that's because she radiates an energy that allows people to be themselves and feel relaxed in a certain pleasant room that is homely and smells peaceful with the right sort of light for relaxation. As she guides you through your session you really can feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into the couch and when you awake you feel refreshed and positive like a yellow warm light has passed over you.
